Here are the facts
When I first earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
designation by the National Association of Realtors in 1985, I
was proud to be part of the top 5% of agents nationwide. It was
a hard-earned and reputable designation. In my top year, I averaged
one transaction per week for the entire year. Although I am retired
from active listing and selling, I have kept my education and
license current. To stay connected, I found a niche in the business
that is an ideal fit.
I have perfected the art of finding
EXTRAORDINARY agents nationwide.
What this means is that anywhere in this country I can help individuals
and/or families find an experienced, top quality real estate agent.
Whether buying or selling - the feedback from satisfied customers
tells the story. My interview process is quite thorough, and for
an agent with low skills and or a lack of integrity, it can be
outright annoying. For a top quality agent - it's a breeze.

Here is how it works
If you ask me to help you find a great
agent, I will interview you first, to find out what it is that
you are needing, wanting, able to act upon, and to get a sense
of "who" you are. All of these factors are taken into
consideration when I refer you to a specific agent. I then do
my research and find a list of top agents. Next, I look at their
websites, advertisement writing, and use my expertise to critique
the way they present themselves to the world. I then narrow down
the search to about five (5). Those agents are sent a list of
questions via e-mail. I look for timely and appropriate responses.
I then call each office - examining the professionalism of the
office - including how phone calls are handled. Those agents (and
agencies) who pass the test thus far are then interviewed in person.
If one of them is outstanding, the referral is then made!
A referral fee is paid upon successful closing of a sale. Between
the time of the referral and the time of closing, I make myself
available as an additional consultant/coach to help the buyer
or seller along with the real estate process. It is definitely
a way to stretch and maximize your real estate dollars!
